In what condition are your products?

All items we sell are new unless otherwise specified. However, not all the items come with tags attached as they are purchased directly from the factory before reaching the retail environment, where the tags are normally applied.

Are the colours accurately represented?

We make every effort to ensure that the photography and descriptions are as accurate as possible.

However, since monitors and lighting vary, cannot guarantee that your monitor will reflect the true colours of the product.

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

The product I want is sold out. Are you planning to re-stock it?

How soon will my order be processed?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. If there is a delay you will be notified.

What currencies do you accept?

At the moment, we are only able to accept payment in GBP - Pounds Sterling.
